Become an AMRC Business Growth Partner

What if your ability to build business relationships, spot new opportunities and convince the right decision-makers became the engine of a high-value entrepreneurial partnership?

AMRC is looking for independent Business Growth Partners to support its international development and strengthen its presence with companies, investors, industrial groups and organisations that need reliable information to guide their strategic decisions.

Our work rests on a simple conviction: behind every investment, product development or business expansion decision lies a need to understand the market. We help our clients analyse markets, assess investment opportunities, understand consumers, validate new products and grow their business.

We are not simply looking for a prospector or a contact provider. We are looking for a true growth partner: autonomous, entrepreneurial and focused on long-term value creation.

What you will do

Working directly with AMRC’s management, you will help define and implement a business development plan built together, based on your network, market knowledge and areas of expertise. Your main tasks:

  • Identify companies, investors, organisations and decision-makers with collaboration potential for AMRC.
  • Develop and maintain a network of qualified B2B relationships.
  • Identify needs for market research, feasibility studies, business intelligence, product development and marketing research.
  • Approach strategic decision-makers: CEOs, Managing Directors, Investment, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development and Innovation Directors, and other relevant functions.
  • Initiate business discussions, organise meetings and qualify opportunities.
  • Present AMRC’s expertise and solutions, with the support of our teams.
  • Contribute to sales approaches and to the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
  • Follow up prospects in a structured way and support discussions through to closing.
  • Progressively build a portfolio of high-potential relationships and accounts.

Your responsibility is mainly commercial. AMRC’s specialist teams handle the technical scoping of studies, methodology design and project delivery.

Who we are looking for

We favour profiles with solid experience in B2B business development, professional services sales or consulting, combined with real initiative. You could be:

  • An experienced Business Development Manager or Director wishing to work independently.
  • An independent consultant specialising in business development, strategy or partnerships.
  • A former consulting, market research, industry or B2B services professional with an active network.
  • A Strategic Partnerships Consultant or Business Growth Advisor.
  • An experienced professional wishing to leverage their network and expertise in a flexible, results-oriented collaboration.

Your main strengths

  • Proven experience developing B2B business opportunities.
  • An established professional network among decision-makers, companies or investors.
  • A good understanding of B2B decision processes and sales cycles.
  • The ability to identify, qualify and advance opportunities through to closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong autonomy, an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to business development.
  • The ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Good command of French and/or English depending on the markets covered; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Experience in market research, consulting, business intelligence, investment studies or marketing services is particularly appreciated, but not required.

What will make the difference: the quality of your network, your credibility with decision-makers and your ability to turn professional relationships into concrete business opportunities.

The opportunities you will help develop

1. Market Research & Business Insights

Helping companies understand their markets, customers and competitive environment.

  • Market Research & Market Intelligence

2. Investment & Market Feasibility Studies

Helping investors, companies and industrial groups assess the commercial potential of their investment or development projects.

  • Market Feasibility Studies
  • Investment Opportunity Assessment
  • Market Potential & Demand Forecasting
  • Industry & Sector Attractiveness Analysis
  • Commercial Due Diligence
  • Location & Market Opportunity Assessment

  • Claim Testing & Communication Testing
  • Pricing Research & Price Sensitivity Analysis
  • Product-Market Fit Assessment

You do not need to be an expert in all these disciplines. Your role is to understand decision-makers’ challenges, identify relevant opportunities and bring in AMRC’s expertise to propose suitable solutions.

An independent, structured, growth-oriented collaboration

This is not a traditional sales job. It is an independent business development partnership, built on a shared ambition, common objectives and results-based remuneration. What AMRC provides:

  • A business development plan built together: priority markets, target sectors, client profiles, prospecting actions and development objectives.
  • Training on our expertise and offers: our services, methodologies, references and value propositions.
  • Sales tools and resources: access, under agreed terms, to prospecting and CRM tools, presentation materials, sales arguments and documents.
  • Technical and strategic support: our research teams and sales management help qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and handle technical discussions with clients.
  • Wide operational autonomy: you organise your activity, sales approach and time freely, within the jointly agreed objectives and commitments.
  • Remuneration directly linked to your contribution: attractive commissions on projects generated, under transparent conditions agreed together. Profit-sharing on recurring accounts may also be considered.
  • A long-term perspective: we aim to build lasting relationships of trust with partners able to grow a real business portfolio.

Why join AMRC?

Working with AMRC means drawing on the capabilities of an international research firm while keeping your professional independence. You will be able to:

  • Develop business opportunities across several sectors and markets.
  • Rely on a diversified offer of research and consulting services.
  • Mobilise research teams with operational experience in MENA, GCC, African and international markets.
  • Take part in the growth of an ambitious company focused on international development.
  • Directly leverage your sales skills, network and ability to generate business.

Your strength lies in the relationships and opportunities you create. Ours lies in turning those opportunities into high-value studies, analyses and recommendations. Together, we can build sustainable, mutually beneficial growth.

Location and priority markets

We are mainly looking for independent professionals based:

In the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) – to develop relationships with regional and international groups, private companies, investors and decision-makers in the UAE and GCC markets.

In Morocco (Casablanca, Rabat or other cities) – to develop opportunities with Moroccan companies, industrial groups, investors and organisations operating in Morocco and African markets.

International sales experience and the ability to build relationships beyond your country of residence are particularly appreciated.
